EPIK WALLET AND EPIK MAINLAND APP: ONE PROJECT, TWO APPS, MORE EARNING OPPORTUNITIES

The crypto space today is littered with lots of projects. Daily, there are new projects launched from all corners of the world, especially in crypto friendly nations. While this act in itself is not particularly bad, it left a sour taste in the throat when it is discovered that some of these projects are launched with no real use case, clear roadmap and an almost invisible Team.

It is a well known fact in the crypto space that one of the things to look out for while investing in a project are the real use case of the tokens, roadmap and how it will be religiously followed by the Team. It is thus no wonder that the above indicators and more are strictly followed and delivered by the Epik Protocol team. Thus, the project is trusted and tested.

As a way of introduction, the EPK is the native token of the EPIK Protocol project. It is a token with a lot of use cases. Still not resting on the oars of launching the token alone, the Epik Protocol Team has also with great success achieved so far, successfully launched two apps closely related to the project: Mainland App and Epik Wallet . This article will focus more on how-to swap the EPK token on the Epik Portal and other functions the Mainland App does.

EPIK MAINLAND APP AND EPIK WALLET

Part of the constant updates from the Epik Protocol Team which followed strict adherence to the road map is the successful launching of two Apps for the Epik Protocol project, with each serving its own distinct functions. Since these two are from Epik Protocol, how are tokens swapped across the platforms?

Epik Protocol native token, EPK can not be swapped on the Mainland App, one can only withdraw it as this is the feature it supports. The swapping option the Mainland App has is for scores which can be swapped into EPK. To swap the EPK tokens, users need to download the Epik Portal as it is the only App from Epik Protocol that supports and has this feature.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCORES AND TOKENS ON MAINLAND APP

The Mainland App as stated earlier has no swapping option for the EPK. The processes involved in getting the token need consistency, fervency and determination. Users need to get scores, as this is available on the App following the successful completion of each daily task. Scores are thus needed/used to carry out exploration on the Mainland App. The secret here is, the more exploration a User does, the higher the chance of getting the much coveted EPK tokens.

Interestingly, on the Epik Wallet, the airdrop scores can be swapped into EPK tokens at the ratio of 10 airdrop scores to 1 EPK token. That is, 10:1. The minimum score that can be swapped is 100 scores which translates into 10 EPK tokens. The gas fee on each swap is 1 EPK.

It is pertinent to note that, though each of the Apps; Mainland App and the Epik Wallet uses scores, the function of the scores are different on each platform, hence, scores on each app can not be sent across to the other. While the scores on the Epik Wallet are a function of airdrops and can be swapped into EPK tokens, scores on the Mainland App are from daily tasks and are needed to carry out exploration on the Mainland App.

HOW TO SWAP ON THE EPIK WALLET

To swap on the Epik Wallet is quite easy and straightforward. Users who have accumulated the minimum 100 scores can proceed to the Portal and do the following:

● click on the “activity” icon displayed at the bottom of the Portal

● The user will be directed to another page on the App where “swap” is displayed at the top right hand corner.

● Following this is the swapping page where the Scores can be swapped to EPK tokens. The gas fee and the least amount that can be swapped are displayed on the page

BINDING THE MAINLAND APP WITH THE EPIK WALLET

To bind the two Apps together and withdraw from the Mainland App, there is a tutorial earlier dropped concerning this.

The least number of EPK tokens to withdraw on the Mainland App is 10. That means, a user must have at least the quoted number before initiating withdrawal.
